Just last month, in November, the couple was blessed with a baby boy. They shared the wonderful news with a heartwarming joint post on November 7, which read, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025. – Katrina & Vicky.” Vicky has recently spoken about this life-changing phase, describing fatherhood as the most grounding moment he has ever experienced. 二 |   规划从8个方面提出26条务实举措，着力构建一张覆盖全民、统筹城乡、公平统一、安全规范、可持续的多层次医疗保障网。  兜牢民生底线，推动从“有得保”迈向“保得好”。  在健全多层次医疗保障体系上持续发力：完善基本医保制度，提升大病保险和医疗救助保障水平，完善生育保险制度，大力推动商业医疗保险发展，支持职工医疗互助等有序发展……一系列举措多点协同、纵深推进，不断织密这张世界最大的医疗保障网。  作为专项制度安排，长期护理保险单独部署实施。规划明确到2030年，长期护理保险制度将覆盖所有统筹地区，同时提升长期护理服务能力和技术水平、促进长期护理相关领域创新。  为保障参保人待遇，规划中首项民生实事提出多项举措：落实持居住证参加基本医疗保险政策；鼓励支持灵活就业人员、新就业形态人员参加职工基本医疗保险，明晰用工方和平台企业缴费责任，加强权益保障等。  协同改革，让老百姓就医用药更安心。  规划把深化医药服务改革摆在突出位置：统筹规范医保目录管理、深化支付方式改革、推进医疗服务价格改革、支持医药创新高质量发展等。  未来五年，医保目录将从药品拓展到医疗服务项目、医用耗材，为减轻群众就医负担、提升医保基金使用效能提供支持。  在守好群众看病“救命钱”方面，规划提出健全基金管理和监管体系，要加强基金预算和运行管理、强化基金监管力度、完善全流程监管体系、健全基金监管长效机制等。　　8月15日，在云南省个旧市人民医院一站式服务中心，医护人员为市民办理医保服务。

四 | 　　未来五年，规划将从推动公共服务供给多样化便利化、提升公共服务数智管理效能等多个方面发力。　　“家门口”就医——推动医保助力基层医疗卫生专项行动，确保设有村卫生室的行政村纳入定点管理的比例达98%以上，落实基层医疗卫生机构一般诊疗费政策，完善不同等级医疗机构差异化报销政策。　　药价差异“线上查”——完善应用比价工具，实现药品价格线上一键查询、实时对比以及购药位置导航等功能，持续优化医保药品云平台。
